We gotta preserve it. I still have my original disc but I would absolutely get it on here, as well. Wish it was here. The branching storylines made you feel like your choices mattered. Was apparently just removed from purchase on Steam, due to rights expiring. Now without any means to get the game from any shop unless already purchased beforehand, it becomes more important that GOG get it for the future. Unfortunately, the sticking point is that Alpha Protocol was published by Sega.

Obsidian, bless their hearts, went with a publisher that has implemented Denuvo into many of their recent releases. I wouldn’t say it’s impossible, but it would be the first Sega published game to appear on GOG’s platform.

Seriously why is it not here? Almost everything made by Obsidian is on gog and ironically AP on Steam is drm-free already. Yes it’s such a messy game but there’s no other game in history with such a good dialog system. I have it, but I would prefer to play it on GOG. A fantastic game that deserves a nice release on GOG.

Very good game with some interesting features. I’d really like to play Alpha Protocol 2. Leaving aside the fact that there is already DRM free retail disc and Gamersgate versions , this has probably one of the best action and consequences system. Also, great characters and stories and lets you choose your type of gameplat: stealth, gunblazing or a mix of the two.

I’ve started with a custom, lonely, character based on what i think a spy should be and ended up with a shadow army. And that was darn satisfying to see how things unfolded with my allies to back me when was needed. Some had the guts to go back to the game after a while and revised their reviews after seeing what the game was in fact after the tutorial.

Damn shame, as Obsidian had a few story DLC’s prepared for the game Still hope that Sega will give Obisidian the IP to make a sequel and wrap up a few unfinished businesses It’s available from the Sega shop too, DRM-free; one more reason to see it here. Almost every main char can die and even the smalest decisions can influence Dialogs. The graphics were terrible for its generation of games, but the depth of gameplay more than made up for it. Definitely a game worth having. I’d definitely re-buy from GOG.

Sega has a patch to remove the DRM, though it’s pretty hard to find and kind of hard to implement. Other commentators have said you can find it DRM free on other distributors.
